Quality Policy

ERC Evolution was established to leverage ERCE Group’s reputation, scientific knowledge and commercial skills to advance the financing and execution of energy transition projects for customers.
ERC Evolution is committed to delivering quality to customers to the requisite standards and statutory and regulatory requirements and aligned to BS EN ISO 9001: 2015. We continuously adapt and improve our offerings to suit customer needs in an evolving climate action policy landscape.

The following objectives underpin our quality management system:

• Deliver value to customers and their stakeholders.
• Continuous training and development of employees to maintain organisational knowledge.
• Careful selection of partners and associates to supplement organisational knowledge.
• Regular gathering and monitoring of customer feedback.
• Continuous improvement of the quality management system and associated processes and procedures using a risk based approach.

The General Manager, supported by the Head of Energy Transition Services, has the ultimate responsibility for quality management, however all employees understand the importance of quality
and apply a disciplined approach to produce quality deliverables for our customers.
