Paul Chernik and Ellen Mitchell Present to SPE London Net Zero

Yesterday, we were thrilled to be able to share our insights into carbon footprints and their ever-increasing importance in stakeholder engagement.

Ellen started by discussing how reporting emissions along the full value chain is vitally important to enable companies to evaluate their supply chains and identify the most effective ways they can reduce emissions. Paul then went on to discuss the likely routes emissions disclosures will take in the near future. The formation of the Sustainability Standards Board (SSB) by the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) indicates companies will be required to report under an equity-based model rather than the current option of operational.

We would like to thank the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE London) for the chance to present, and all those who joined us and participated in questioning.
